Anisa Newman Suicide, Death – On November 11, 2023, the world bid a tearful farewell to Anisa Nicole Newman, an 18-year-old bright soul from Bloomington, IN. Born on March 24, 2005, to her loving parents, David and Nancy Newman, in Munster, IN, Anisa’s vibrant spirit touched the lives of many.

A recent graduate of Merrillville High School in 2023, Anisa’s passions were as diverse as her talents. She found joy in expressing herself through art, drawing with finesse, and enchanting those around her with her melodious voice. Anisa’s musical aptitude extended to both the piano and violin, showcasing her versatile and creative nature.

However, Anisa’s greatest treasures were the moments spent in the company of her cherished family and friends. She leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter that will forever echo in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her. Anisa is survived by her grieving parents, David and Nancy Newman, her brother Da’Von Newman, and her grandparents David (Princella) Newman and Eddie (Willie Mae) Rayford, along with a multitude of relatives and friends who will forever hold her memory dear. While we mourn the loss of this extraordinary soul, we also celebrate the light Anisa brought into the world. She joins her late grandmother, Nancy Anderson, in eternal peace.
